About Penalties for Regulation and Rating Violations

If the age restriction set by a creator is deemed inappropriate, or if works that violate the terms of service are posted, the administration will take actions such as unpublishing, correcting ratings, or deleting works, and penalty points will be assigned.

If penalty points exceed a certain threshold, the creator's works will temporarily stop appearing in rankings and general listing pages.

Penalty points are reduced after a set period, but repeated violations may result in account suspension.

Age Restriction Setting Standards

• Works that include swimwear, underwear exposure, sexual poses, expressions, or clothing should be set to R18, not "All Ages"
• If publicly visible images (profile icons, cover images) contain sexually suggestive content, please replace them
• When in doubt, set a stricter age restriction

⚠️ Penalty Accumulation and Account Trustworthiness

Penalty point accumulation is permanently recorded. Even after the mitigation period, the point history remains and is evaluated as an account trust score.

Accounts with few or no penalties are treated as "trusted accounts" and receive the following benefits:

• ✅ Prioritized in recommendation algorithms
• ✅ Positive impact on trending and ranking positions
• ✅ Prioritized in recommendations to new users

Conversely, accounts with accumulated penalties:

• ❌ Lower ranking in recommendations and trends
• ❌ May be excluded from recommendations to new users
• ❌ Account may be suspended in cases of serious or accumulated violations

Once account trustworthiness is compromised, it takes time to recover. Please set appropriate age restrictions when posting works and take care to avoid penalties.

Additional Notes

• Penalty points are typically reduced within 2 weeks (but the history remains).
• Registering R18 works as all-ages content is more likely to result in penalties.
• Mobile apps comply with App Store / Google Play guidelines, so all-ages content standards are stricter.
